1. SHIPPING

Any order placed on a Business Day by 3:00 pm (EST) may be processed within 24 hours (excluding holiday periods). “Business Day” means any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or a day on which banks are authorized or required to close in New York, New York. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding companies (containers).  Any requests to ship to a P.O. Box or a freight forwarding company may result in a delay o f your shipment.

Orders are usually shipped via United Postal Service (UPS)  or United States Postal Service (USPS) on business days generally between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm (weekends and holidays are excluded), in corrugated boxes. Orders placed on a day other than a Business Day will be processed the following Business Day. 

The date you receive your order will vary depending on the shipping method that you have selected at the time of the purchase. Please allow additional 2-3 business days for deliveries to rural areas.

UPS requires an adult signature from a recipient, located at the given shipping address, at the time of delivery. If an an adult signatory located at the given address is not available, the delivery will not be completed and may be returned to Sweet Prima. If the delivery cannot be completed and the package is returned to Sweet Prima, the recipient will incur an additional $15 re-stocking fee that will be deducted from their total monetary refund amount. Please note that we do not re-route any packages.
