HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
If not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the item to us for a Full Refund or Exchange within 30 days from purchase date. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make purchase.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of any damage. Original tags must remain attached to clothing with plastic logo seal intact. Please safeguard the original packaging as it will be required for the return of the item(s).
Returns within the North America are free of charge. Any return from other locations, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. You can also make your own shipping arrangements at your expense.
If refunded item is not returned within 21 days of refund credit, we will stop refund payment, charge a $25 restocking fee, $15 chargeback fee and return label shipping costs. Item will be yours and can't be refunded or exchanged.

- To begin a return or exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with Order # in Subject Line and reason for return. We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.
- An email will be sent with shipping label or shipping instructions. Print (2) copies of label, attach one outside the box and the other inside the box.
- Mail your package.

REFUND PAYMENT PROCESSING
Refunds are processed as fast as possible following the receipt of your package at our distribution center.Please allow 7-10 business days after the refund is issued for it to appear on your issuing bank statement.

Please note that merchandise purchased at retail, including department or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer.
